Corporate Suites Business Centers, a leading New York City office space, meeting rooms, and virtual office solutions, marvels you with beautiful views of downtown and midtown Manhattan, from our office windows.
As part of our ongoing contribution to the financial community, we are sponsoring today’s Trading-For-Charity event, which is taking place at the NASDAQ center in Times Square, Manhattan. Trading for charity gives financial firms, investors, asset managers, trading houses and hedge funds the opportunity to contribute to local charities in Manhattan and national charities.
Help for charities are more important than ever, as a result of the financial meltdown of many financial firms, charities who these firms were contributing to, lost a major financial backer.
The financial meltdown has also caused hundreds of thousands of vacated sf of leased office space back on the market. Companies are also downsizing their corporate labor force, and are more hesitant to commit to office space, so short term furnished flexible space as a temporary solution for companies to save operating costs while maintaining a professional workspace presence during a slowdown is more important as they see how business activity progresses. We are committed to meeting these growing demands with our current space as well as our new business center which you may read about below.
I’d like to let all of our readers know that on December 1st we are opening up a new business center at 757 Third Avenue, which is the corner of 47th Street. The center is just a few blocks from the Grand Central Terminal, and has in total 23,000 sq ft of office space available for rent on the 20th and 21st floors. If you are interested please call Gene at 212-512-0530.

Here are a few views from the newly constructed Manhattan business center.
I was visiting our 275 Madison Avenue business center, and decided to take a picture. The architecture style is art deco, which is similiar to the Chrysler Building which was built in the late 30’s. The 275 Madison Ave location is really a landmark building.
I tried taking a picture from a vacant office, but had trouble. There was allot of sun glare, and I didn’t want to open the window. You may probably notice the incredible photoshop this picture endured. It really went throught allot, this one!
This is just some fine golf art from one of our conference rooms.
We just wanted to update you on what is going on over at our company website. As usual, if you are looking for office space for rent or meeting rooms for rent in New York City, don’t hesitate to contact us. We are always available to meet your office needs.
Additionally, we have a new education section, and have updated it with two guides on business space for a small business and the actual process of renting office space, such as your rental options, and how to plan your office space with included tips. These are really great guides for a background, and excellent resources for start-up businesses, home-based businesses and entrepreneurs, and for anyone looking to rent office space in NYC, or just in general. Next week, be on a look out for additional guides posted in this section. We hope to fill this section with all the guides necessary to help any start-up business, or established business with a good overview and informational. You may access our business education section here.
I will be posting more office space views pictures next week, from our Madison Avenue location.
It is a really beautiful day outside. So far this has been a really exceptional summer.
We were outside today at Bryant Park, enjoying the weather, and I decided to capture a few images of the Park. There is all kind of construction going on, with two new office buildings, as seen in the pictures, almost complete. There are also a bunch of hotels by Bryant Park, including the Bryant Park Hotel. Bryant Park is just, literally a 10 second walk from our office space. As always, if you are looking for office space or meeting rooms right next to Bryant Park, give us a call! We will take care of you.

The New York City Baseball All-Star parade is from 1 to 3 pm today. The parade route is down 6th Avenue.
I took some pictures for our blog viewers. We are able to see the entire parade route from our 1040 Avenue of the Americas office space, on the 18th floor. Enjoy the pictures!
I’m at our 37th Street & 6th Avenue office space center, and the first thing I see out from a window is a really great roof terrace. It is a really great set-up, including a barbeque grill!
It was a bit cloudy, but I was able to snap a great picture of the Empire State building from our office space, which coincidently included an American flag.

Hey everyone! A few shots I took from our 1040 Avenue of the Americas location office space, from the 24th Floor, and a couple from the 18th floor as well.
A great view of a really nice looking building. More on the building on the right in the weeks to come.
A look at Manhattan, South.
A beautiful photo of the empire state building, seen right from our office windows on the 18th & 24th Floor.
A look at Midtown, North from me. If you will notice, there are many new constructions going on around Times Square for office space.
A look at 34th Street, ariel view, intersection of 6th Avenue and Broadway. The second picture is a zoomed in version. Notice the traffic! The building they are in front of is the Manhattan Mall.
