Corporate Suites sponsors Charity Hedge-fund Gathering

As part of our ongoing contribution to the financial community, we are sponsoring today’s Trading-For-Charity event, which is taking place at the NASDAQ center in Times Square, Manhattan. Trading for charity gives financial firms, investors, asset managers, trading houses and hedge funds the opportunity to contribute to local charities in Manhattan and national charities.

Help for charities are more important than ever, as a result of the financial meltdown of many financial firms, charities who these firms were contributing to, lost a major financial backer.

The financial meltdown has also caused hundreds of thousands of vacated sf of leased office space back on the market. Companies are also downsizing their corporate labor force, and are more hesitant to commit to office space, so short term furnished flexible space as a temporary solution for companies to save operating costs while maintaining a professional workspace presence during a slowdown is more important as they see how business activity progresses.
